বৈচিত্র্য: পটভূমি প্রার্থী এমন একটি দলের অধিভুক্ত বা অন্তর্ভুক্ত যারা ক্ষমতার কাঠামোতে ঐতিহাসিকভাবে বৈষম্য এবং কম প্রতিনিধিত্বের মুখোমুখি হয়েছে (উদাহরণস্বরূপ, লিঙ্গ, জাতি, অক্ষমতা, এলজিবিটিকিউ+ পরিচয়, সামাজিক শ্রেণী, অর্থনৈতিক স্থিতি বা বর্ণ সম্পর্কিত)।
বৈচিত্র্য: ভূগোল প্রার্থী যেখানে বাস করেছেন সেই ভৌগলিক অঞ্চলের উপর ভিত্তি করে ট্রাস্টি বোর্ডের সামগ্রিক ভৌগলিক বৈচিত্র্যে অবদান রাখবেন।
