Usage example: Stewards/Confirm/2017

Adds the Steward confirmation process description, i.e. the header text displayed commonly each year. Usually transcluded in user interface language thanks to `{{TNT |Steward confirmations |uselang={{int:lang}} |template parameters… }}

Template parameters
This template prefers block formatting of parameters.
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Year	`year`	Year in which the confirmation is held. Must be in Arabic numerals (4 digits format). Example 2024	Number	required
Years period	`years`	Years; for which time frame the confirmation will be valid. Should be localized. Example 2024-25	String	optional
Start day	`startday`	Date of the first voting day (election opening). Should be localized. Example {{date\|\|2\|15}}	Content	required
End day	`endday`	Date of the last voting day (election closing). Should be localized. Example {{date\|\|2\|29}}	Content	required
Opening month	`month`	Month from which the election start (all stewards elected before this month will need to be confirmed). Should be localized. Example {{date\|\|2}}	Content	required

Parameters:

years: "2017-18" = for which timeframe the confirmation will be valid
year: "2017" = in which the confirmation is held
startdate
enddate
month: all stewards before "month" "year" undergo confirmation.
