Usage edit

This template is used by grantees and WMF staff to document the current status of submissions to the Project and Event Grants Program. This template, if used properly, will place grant reports in the correct categories used to track them and display them on the Grant reports subpage.

Subtemplates edit

This template contains the following 8 subtemplates, which may be selected by defining the "Type" and "Status" fields:

Template:Grant request/Open: a request still under consideration.
Template:Grant request/Funded: a request for which a decision to fund the request was delivered.
Template:Grant request/Not funded: a request for which a decision not to fund the request was delivered.
Template:Grant request/Withdrawn: a submission that was open for consideration but that is no longer open for consideration, for which a decision was never delivered.
Template:Grant request/Cancelled: a funded submission for which a project was not completed and for which funds were never used (although they were sent to the grantee).
Template:Grant request/Draft: a draft submission that is not yet open for consideration.
Template:Grant request/Withdrawn draft: a draft submission that will not be submitted.
Template:Grant request/Report past due: a funded submission with a report past due.
Template:Grant request/Noncompliant: this grantee has not fulfilled reporting obligations for this grant and must return funds
