It's better to label hyperlinks in a way that describes where it brings you. So please change: "Here are additional tips" to "additional tips", "This simple media reuse guide" to "simple media reuse guide", and "You will find >this tool< useful." into "Check out the >WD4WP tool< ". Something with a bit more contrast than white on yellow would also be preferred. Instead of making the sentence longer than it needs to be, you can also just make "Find an article that needs a photo" the link to the page with tips on how to find an article that needs a photo.
