local or global?

Global and multilingual. I am thinking in make a mixture of Commons (providing a main image and several angles of the same museum object), Date (providing simple information of the date in the preferred language) and Wikipedia, with a small explanatory text (one page maximal). This text will be written in several languages (translations, same text) and available in these languages in the same wiki by some type of switch.--Felipe da Fonseca (talk) 21:07, 2 January 2018 (UTC)
