I think nothing like this exists elsewhere

A "weak code of conduct policy", friendliness, and diversity

From Geek Feminism Wiki, Diversity flags page:

"These are some items which may indicate good or bad things about the diversity and/or friendliness to a diverse audience of a particular workplace or environment ... Red flags, "No code of conduct or a weak code of conduct like "don't be a jerk"." -- Djembayz (talk) 22:59, 16 February 2015 (UTC)

Some of those lines cannot be taken too literally, e.g. having no XXL t-shirts is hardly a "red flag". Nemo 15:30, 6 August 2019 (UTC)
