Seeking 2022-23 reports

The report at Community_Resources/Reports/Funding_Report_2022-2023 says that the Wikimedia Foundation Community Programs team awarded 3 grants totaling US$134,000. I am writing to identify available information about these grants and any associated programs with this cohort.

Questions:

1. Are these grants public on the wiki in the way that other community grants are? Otherwise, what information is available about them?
2. Are these programs now finished cohort finished?
3. Is there a final report on the overall progress of this grant program for this year?
4. Are there any final reports for the awarded grants?
5. Has Community Programs published plans for awarding grants in 2023-24?
