Could the conference be open to groups not being recognized yet? edit
Dear friends
From Associació Amical Viquipèdia I see there are several topics in Conference where we are active and interested in sharing experiences and learning from others:
- Wiki Loves monuments. We have a group enthusiastically working in this project in the Timeline; it is expected to attend the brainstorming session in this conference.
- Glam outreach. We also have people active in this area and by then it will have just finished The Glam Wiki Catalan Conference in Barcelona
- Movement Roles. We have contributed with our views to the Movement Roles group and we think we can be a case to be considered in the Movement Roles analysis. We are also interested in attending Movement Roles meeting to be held on the 24th but we think it is a pity travelling to Berlin for one of the meetings and miss the other.
- Outreach to educational institutions. We have two projects running: one in Spanish universities around manufacturing technologies in Catalan and Spanish . And another one in schools. We also will have just hold the week before the conference Wikipedia, education and research jointly organized with Open University of Catalonia.
I wonder if there could be a way to be able to send a representative of our association to attend the conference.--Gomà 13:38, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

- Sorry for the slightly late answer here on the wiki: unfortunately the Chapters Meeting is limited this year to chapters and chapters-to-be. We will try to ensure that we have top quality documentation that might help your activities.
- It is an idea to consider for future meetings whether to extend it to non-chapter groups (which might be a good idea, but needs some ground work from the movement roles project).

Improve your travel plans for Berlin Chapters meeting edit
Hola!!!
The Catalan Wikipedia and Amical Viquipèdia-WM CAT would like to share with you our enthusiasm and invite you to come and meet us to celebrate together a special moment 1, 2, 3, ....... 10 years after still here and Vikipèdia up and running!. We are also very glad that after the hard work, we can inform you and invite you today to the week of celebrations we have organised to commemorate this moment.
We would like specially to invite other chapters or groups promoting Wkipedia. As our week of celebrations is very close in time and space to the Berlin Chapters meeting, we thought perhaps some of you could arrange his or her travel plans to come and meet us. You please feel very welcome, share your group experience with us, let's listen and learn from each other, and imaging new forward activities to promote Wikipedia the coming years. In sum: Come, participate, learn and enjoy!
