Nice post, about time to publish it. I think it should focus on ULSFO, which was a rather big investment, with a title to attract the attention of South-East people. Navigation timing is ok as premise to explain how we measured ULSFO impact while the other performance initiatives don't need to be expanded further, links for interested people will be enough (and I add [1]). I guess this needs Nuria to fill in the results section and WMID to give suggestions/translate/reblog? --Nemo 06:16, 9 June 2014 (UTC)
