How to add markups for strucured translation of this article?

The content in Wikidata will be made available under a free license

Hi,

This page says:

"The content in Wikidata will be made available under a free license"

This is a bit confusing. It makes sense that the content in Wikimedia's installation of Wikidata will be made available under a free license, but other installations may be non-free. It's worth clarifying. --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 15:13, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
