Headings and placeholders localization

Hello Susannaanas!

I don’t understand why the heading are substituted (e.g. {{subst:<noinclude/>Wiki Loves Living Heritage/Element/References}}). Finally, the English text is copied to the page and is not translatable. We can re-use the same translation everywhere keeping the template instead of substituting it. -- Pols12 (talk) 15:56, 1 May 2023 (UTC)
