I see currently 2 ways that it is already done :
- Wikisources where you can copy sources with matching licences.
- Wikidata where you can reference all sources regardless of licence with an URL.
Could you explain the difference ? Possibly I would be interested in something based upon Wikidata and wikisources that list all existing papers and them extract in a format that is easier to read than wikidata. The metadata would be stored in Wikidata. The extract in wikipapers and the full text in wikisources -- Thibdx (talk) 00:29, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
