I want to rename this RFC to "Sysop abuse on the Turkish Wikipedia 2" so the name will create the correct assumption (there's a potential systemic governance issue) and this RFC can be also used for another incidents, can I do it? RuzDD (talk) 10:50, 24 June 2024 (UTC)
