edithello, i wrote two scripts:
first creates a list of wikipages which are linked together, grouped by full-connected clusters. first versions are in de:User:AwOc/iwX.
second script is for my bot. it sets all interwikilinks in a set of pages so that they link only to one another, like in request, solution --AwOc 13:39, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
