Talk:How to win an argument

Believers in the sixth rule should also read An Enemy of the People, by Henrik Ibsen. Actually, I am very much a Dr. Stockmann, but I don't really agree with him in the last two to three pages of the play. --Theaterfreak64 04:55, 2 Jul 2005 (UTC)

Real or Funny? edit

You guys, is this supposed to be funny or is this for REAL?! If this is funny, then please put a warning because I know some people will take this seriously. --JDitto 03:40, 24 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

This definitely does not belong here unless it is tagged as a joke. Try moving it to uncyclopedia instead.--69.255.122.196 20:47, 15 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

It is tagged as a joke. It has Category:Humor on it. Angela 21:21, 16 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
Humour is not always either funny or real. Sometimes it is both and sometime it is neither.Hillgentleman 03:37, 26 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

I agree with the above editors, I think that this really should have some sort of tag to explain that it is humorous content. (like the Humornotguideline template on the English Wikipedia)

I dont know if anyone really pays close attention to this or not but if no one disagrees I think I will add something to it soon (after I get to know meta better... this is actually my first official anything over on this side :p ) Sykko 03:01, 26 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

I added the humor template edit

hope no one minds. I think it will clear the issue up :)

I disagree with the 8th point edit

I must disagree vehemently with the 8th point ("If you are alone, you are right") Surely everyone knows that if you are alone, you are wrong, and the minute you have people agreeing with you, that is irrefutable proof that you are right.

You are welcome to an essay on your opinions. Hillgentleman 23:16, 12 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
My question is: what is his page classified as. It should be an essay, yes? --Anonymous DissidentTalk 00:06, 13 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
Agree - essay. It works. Hillgentleman 00:59, 13 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Wow edit

I just realized what a geek I've become that I can read a page like this and laugh uncontrollably like it's the funniest shit ever.--Ashershow1 02:28, 21 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

I'm sorry edit

I meant to write this but it looks like someone beat me to it. Barbara (WVS) (talk) 00:23, 4 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
