• I agree that the Ally Skills workshop at Wikimania taught valuable skills for admin, functionaries, and other people who are involved with monitoring noticeboards. I encourage this session to be included in a training program for functionaries and administrators. It can be easily adapted to cover other types of identity-based harassment. I know that it will be a big task to train everyone, but the public deserves to have people with good skills working as functionaries. Sydney Poore/FloNight (talk) 00:24, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
