unblock the Google proxy
Hi, I have noticed that on 17 May 2015, Google IP has been blocked Globally. I am not sure about issue on this IP. However I would like to inform here that this IP is being used by Google apps script which is the cloud based technology. Including Tamil and Hindi Wikipedia has few BOTs which use this technology. Can this be unblocked and block based on username instead of IP? I guess their IP is 66.249.64.0 --Neechalkaran (talk)

The block was made by Vituzzu (meta.wikimedia.org). The reason given is leaky colo + open proxy at 199.115.114.218.
