Getting around "No original research"

...as the English Wikipedia strictly requires "reliable sources." A takeaway from the Advocacy Workshop:

• When interviewing an informant:
  • Document in audiovisual media, post to Wikimedia Commons
  • Prepare and provide a transcript of the verbal content with explanations where helpful
  • Make these available by writing a WP page on a language edition
  • Detail in the page's WD item
• Add pages that present the Folklore content, illustrated by the AV media as above. Add categories for optimal access!
