Points calculation
editI spent a lot of time and energy in Wikidata with adding languages and descriptions, and with calculating of points all these edits. In Wikidata you can get 1 point for adding either a language label or description to the Wikidata item.
In Wikipedia you can get 5 points for improving an existing stub article with text or usage of files (at least 3,000 bytes). One of participants probably misunderstood this rule and started to add 5 points for each photo within 1 article (e.g. adding a gallery with 6 photos this participant calculated 30 points instead of 5). It think that it is unfair. DobryBrat (talk) 06:09, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
- Hi DobryBrat, it is not mistake, the rules are: 5 point: ... usage of files, meaning 5 points for each photo within 1 article. This part consumes a time to find proper photo for existing article. By the way, congratulation for your success, you are on second place. Regards, - Violetova (talk) 22:05, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
