Err, the graph is pretty, but it has no relation whatsoever with the request i.e. to fix the links. If you want to leave all the cross-wiki work to Cyberbot, that's fine, just mark the feature request as declined. You could say you did something about the request if, for instance, you developed an extension which checks all links from the externallinks table and provides a parser function to query for status of a link from a "cite web" template or similar. We're working with Cyberpower on this project, because he's doing great work with Cyberbot, and we want to support volunteer developers. The logging interface helps to keep the bot from checking the same pages after a crash, and it'll be very useful once there are multiple bots running. We also investigated and wrote the code for dead link detection, so that Cyberbot isn't just limited to checking links that have been marked with the dead link template. We're currently talking with Cyberpower and the Internet Archive about other ways that we can support this project. -- DannyH (WMF) (talk) 16:33, 6 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
