Selection criteria

Hi, @Titodutta: I see that the selection criteria mentions "Not more than two participants from a language community" but we have 3 participants from Odia language. Is this an exception or Wikipedia and Wikisource have been considered as two different communities? --Satdeep Gill (talk) 17:05, 5 June 2016 (UTC)
