For professor orientation, we need to do:

• find best date to host professor orientation
• translate training materials into Portuguese / modify training materials so they are most relevant for Brazil
• find location to host training
• find volunteers to conduct training sections

This is great! One thing I'm confused about not having on the timeline is all the work that will go into the open call, as outlined here. Is there a reason this wasn't explicitly on the task list (e.g., "Send emails to professors")? Jwild (talk) 18:03, 25 June 2012 (UTC)

Yep, exactly! That way, if someone looked at what you were doing this week, they would see all the tasks. As you know (and have done in the past), anything that doesn't get done in one week needs to get moved onto the next! Jwild (talk) 23:21, 25 June 2012 (UTC)
