To m or to M

The name of this organization has a lowercase 'm' in 'Wikimedians'. However, the chart in the lower left with ideals has an uppercase M. I do not know if this is done to emphasize the change from a previous wikiPedian organization, but since it is also bolded, would bolding alone not be sufficient enough to point it out without upsetting the aesthetic harmony of verbosity that this organization strives to acheive?
