Individual discussions, as here or here, with active contributors regarding how to engage with the community in an effective and participative way. Below are some highlights:
On Wikibook for example, user:JackPotte (stated that instead of looking towards other directions, the Foundation should focus on providing technical assistance to inter-projects such as wikibook.
On Wikiversity, user:Crochet.david suggested to use the village pump instead of Meta. He also mentioned that for the summarizing process, a call for volunteers would be a good idea.
On Wikiversity : user:Ambre Troizart highlighted the fact that if discussions are conducted on Meta it will require a strict follow-up if we do not want to lose track of these discussions.
On Wikisource: user:Acélan claimed that regular users of wikisource do not contribute on other projects. The right way would be to have a dedicated page hosting the debates and invite people via the village pump to join the debates.
During one-one-discussion with active users, user:Jules78120 made rich suggestions. First, the overall process of the discussion should be showed to the community in an simple and self-explanatory manner. As he mentioned the process question was raised already in the village pump discussion (see above, 15 march). He also stated that a pivotal point would be to reassure the community that the outcomes of these discussion will be taken into account for real.
