Make a guess about the amount of money at the focus of this request.

Regular operations in the United States are probably 40% of the WMF budget, so the other 60% is more flexible in investment location. The budget is about US$100 million a year, so decisions about regional investment should concern about US$60 million / year.

Make a guess about the number of hours it will take for the organization to fulfill the request.

4 hours / week for two years, which is 0.1 FTE or 10% time for a San Francisco employee with annual salary US$70,000. After two years I think this report can be automated.

I want the Wikimedia Movement to have the public image of an international project. Of the funds which the Wikimedia Foundation collects, I want to know how much it sends to various regions. Regions could be either continent or smaller regions of special community interest. Those smaller regions include the Arabic world, South Asia, the Caribbean Islands, Russia and former Soviet Union, and East Asia.
