@Ironholds: this section refers to traffic from official native Wikimedia apps, i.e. traffic from official but non-native (phonegap) apps and from 3rd party apps is not included. Should we add a section explaining what happens to app requests falling in the last two categories? --Dario (WMF) (talk) 04:51, 30 September 2014 (UTC)
- We can, but the answer is "bleh". Some will be discounted, some counted as desktop traffic, and some counted as mobile traffic: third-party apps have a tremendously inconsistent way of accessing our content. We can add in exceptions if we want, but those need to be kept up to date. Ironholds (talk) 14:03, 30 September 2014 (UTC)
