- The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.
- The community needs to complete required MediaWiki interface translations in that language (about localization, translatewiki, check completion).

Proposal edit
Because there is a Austro-Bavarian and Alemannisch Wikipedia, I've wanted to request to create a Wikipedia for Vorarlbergerish. It's a dialect, which is spoken/written in the region of Vorarlberg. - @LicaVlbg: Unfortunately, there is no valid language code for this. It is considered a dialect of High Alemannisch. The other languages you mentioned (Alemannisch and Bavarian) have language codes. StevenJ81 (talk) 18:38, 7 August 2017 (UTC)
