- The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.
- The community needs to complete required MediaWiki interface translations in that language (about localization, translatewiki, check completion).
- The community needs to discuss and complete the settings table below:

- Hi! Sorry I didn't see your comment until now...there are no native speakers, however there is a significant number of people who speak Láadan as an L2 language. Enacting a census is difficult for a non-areal language, but in my own rough estimate I'd guess there's about a hundred people give or take that I've personally seen evidence of using the language online, and those who are actively using the language likely number in scores. I wish I could give you a more authoritative source on such figures...linking to some community centres will have to suffice instead. Facebook, Reddit, semi-official forum, example webcomic.
