- The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.
- The community needs to complete required MediaWiki interface translations in that language (about localization, translatewiki, check completion).
- The community needs to discuss and complete the settings table below:

Location Spoken : French Guiana, a region in France.
As a Guianan, I think it would be interesting to have the "Guianan Creole" as a language on Wikipedia !
It is true that French Guiana has for main language the French because it remains a French overseas department but the Guianan Creole is a language that evolves over time thanks to the languages of neighboring countries and also thanks to its cultural diversity, Especially as more than twenty languages are spoken which allows the language to evolve over time !
(Ps : Help me realize one of my biggest dreams).

I see that you put namespaces and a fallback language into the table. It seems like these namespace names are the translations of the namespaces given as examples in the 3rd column? These are only necessary for Wikisource, not Wikipedia. Also, to request a fallback language for the interface, you need to so on on translatewiki:Support. --MF-W 15:40, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
