- The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.
- The community needs to complete required MediaWiki interface translations in that language (about localization, translatewiki, check completion).

Puxian Min, namely Putian dialect, Xianyou dialect, Puxian dialect, Hinghua dialect,the locals call it local dialect, are popular in Putian County and Xianyou County under the jurisdiction of Fujian Xinghuafu, and there are also enclaves in other areas of Fujian.About 3 million people use the language,but now it has become an endangered language because of various factors.I hope to use the wiki platform to leave some scholastic slogans of Puxian dialect to awaken people's awareness of protection. I hope Wikipedia allows me to create this language, thank you!
