Requesting a global ban for WhenDatHotlineBling (also known as "WDHLB" or "the McSh**tles vandal") and all their socks.
I have been an anonymous IP editor for 2 years now and have noticed the constant block evasion and vandalism of many profilic trolls, but one in particular that has been brought to my attention is WhenDatHotlineBling. This is a vandal and sockpuppeteer who is infamous for targeting pages on Wikipedia related to McDonald's and American animated TV shows. In the former case, his most common trait is vandalizing the McGriddles article and claiming the food product as 'McSh**tles'. He has done this so many times now that the page is indefinitely autoconfirmed-protected, as is the associated talk page.
He has recently graduated to other Wikimedia products and is causing more of the same trouble, including vandalism pages out of the project scope, harassing users through their talk pages, and 'McSh**tle' vandalism.
This user meets all, if not most of the criteria for a global ban:
Harassment, privacy envasion, and legal threats toward other users: WDHLB frequently attacks the many users reporting his socks on a variety of Wikimedia projects (most commonly Wikipedia, and if not, then Wiktionary, Wikiquote, Meta Wiki, and Wikiversity), often making dubious and intimidating claims about them (e.g. claiming two users are in a relationship). As well as this, on the Wikiquote page for McDonald's and any McDonald's related pages on Wikipedia, he'll use the term 'Nazi sympathizer' as an insult toward people who eat the restaurant's food, in addition to racial, homophobic, transphobic, or ableist slurs. He even claims that McGriddles promote antisemitism. He also claims Wikimedia Foundation founder Jimmy Wales to be his father and that he is being forced by him to vandalize projects. Jimmy, however, has yet to confirm if he has any relation with WDHLB. The harassment and claims of Jimmy Wales being his father is further exhibited through his Twitter account (https://twitter.com/Dwayne_Wales); Wikitribune replied to a tweet asking if they can confirm Jimmy Wales' status as WDHLB's father, saying that they can't because they're not part of the Wikimedia Foundation.
Blocked on at least 3 different projects: His account and most of his socks are globally locked, but some of the ones that aren't seem to be blocked on Wikipedia, Wiktionary, and Wikiquote.
Has at least 500 global edits: Yes.
Overall, this is a notorious and profilic case of an LTA/sockmaster and should be indefinitely prevented from editing any Wikimedia projects to prevent disruptive vandalism, bigotry, and false claim of Wikimedia Foundation as his family members (again, Jimmy Wales has yet to confirm or debunk his status as the alleged father of WhenDatHotlineBling). -- 185.104.186.146 05:41, 13 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request for speedy closure
As the IP does not fulfill the requirement to have a Wikimedia account. Xenrose on an alt 00:22, 14 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I suggest this be speedily deleted. The IP user is obviously another one of their socks, and this request for global ban is how they get their kicks. Sro23 (talk) 00:49, 14 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
