There are many cases on Hindi Wikipedia, where Hindi Wikipedia have been broken by Sysop (संजीव कुमार (talk · contribs)). Sysop (संजीव कुमार) is doing what he has in his mind. He uses his bot(Sanjeev bot (talk · contribs)) on Hindi Wikipedia for Testing. Steward Please look at This Edit. His bot is not even leaving the AutoWikiBrowser's typo. Which is the Predefined Rule. Which recently fixed by User:स on My Request. He tests his bot on Hindi Wikipedia. The Threat of more than that is the admin flag on his Bot. He does what he want. look at This Edit. He edits even References. So you can think what he do on wikipedia. He changed }{ to }. Sanjeev is full of ego. He created new equations to other members for harassment. There are only a few members who have knowledge of bot on our Hindi Wikipedia. He is taking advantage of it. Right now the rules on Hindi Wikipedia are in bad condition. According to local policy, Voting on Sysop nomination will run for a week. Only then will it be proposed on Meta. But You can see here Steward_requests/Permissions/2016-12#sanjeev_bot.40hi.wikipedia that in just four days, the nomination was taken to Meta by Sysop (संजीव कुमार (talk · contribs)). And got the admin flag on bot. without voting End. This is against local policy. When I asked him all this, he would say "पुनरीक्षकों का कार्य प्रबन्धकों का पुनरीक्षण करना नहीं बल्कि हाल ही में हुये सम्पादनों का पुनरीक्षण करना है।" means "Your task is not to Review Sysop's activity. Our community is naive and He takes advantage of it. Now that the limit is reached, my steward is requested to think about the policies being broken on Hindi Wikipedia. I believe, the issue raised here is a kind of retaliation in nature. The user Jayprakash12345 requested for a bot flag, but due to unavailability of Sanjeev, he could not review by the time. Now when he got approval and Sanjeev asked some questions about his bot work, the user replied in inappropriate language. When Sanjeev raised a word about this behavior on local VPump, now this use is making various allegations (which he never raised earlier at local level). @Steward I had already told that he has a huge gang. You do not believe in anyone's statement here even me. You should check the facts about how he use Wikipedia for personal use. How Sanjeev has betrayed the steward. How Sanjeev Received rights by giving temporary nomination as permanent by betray steward. He needs more and more rights for right's collection. Whether He is to cheat steward. He can do anything to get the right. For this purpose, he took permanent approval from the steward, Whom one year approval granted by the community. For proof Steward please see Removal of Access#Sanjeev bot. Steward please ask SM7 that Can he take responsibility that Sanjeev has not broken the rules. The above links is false. Since my name is involved here, so i have to comment...agreed sanjeev breaks some rule but guy is devoted towards Hindi Wiki....I was blocked by sanjeev for responding to a user who was abusing me but that abusive user went free....there exist a clique or gang who harass newbies on Hindi Wikipedia, I was targeted by them too but Sanjeev is not part of it.

A question to stewards....

How come sanjeev got admins rights for life??
People who voted for him are no more active on wikipedia, so why should new breed of editor have to bear him or any 1 else whom they have never voted for or took part in that vote??
Adminship on hindi wikipedia was distributed to friends or friends of friends or on sympathy basis but not on bases of amount or quality of work done. Is this correct way??
Why admin rights are being given for life?? It should be rotational so that every good performer should get a chance to handle.
I worked on multiple language wikis here but only on Hindi wikipedia I faced constant harassment and abuses.
