Statement of the issue edit

[Simple English] In late 2021/early 2022, I started my contribution in Persian Wikipedia. But I soon realized that the project is suffering from a lot of problems related to Admin's activity and User's ignorances, more than what is mentioned in Persian Wikipedia#Issues. While I try to avoid generalizing based on my short being there, with all respect I like to mention few points:

This list could be longer and this points are common there. I do not think universal values of the Wikimedia Foundation allows that, and the Foundation has no knowledge of what is happening there. Maybe they just got a few one-sided reports. But, I have been connected to some fawiki users, one of them made an age fabrication because his interests were not like the other teenagers, and now got Avoidant personality disorder, probably because of the Admin's appropriate behavior, I mean POS78. Another one is @4nn1l2 going to be under Banning policy because of his critical remarks which can be called as "problematic behaviour" in a one-sided way. Let me mention Chyah too, there was a "cute" topic about the case titled as Wrongful global lock of Chyah , who showed a Hysterical strength after harrasment by trolls. They linked me to him/her, to make another victim of Sockophobia. If you know about a user named Hossein Ronaghi, a prisoner of conscience by government, there are many examples of him in Persian cyberspace, including in Wikipedia, by people with more access. I even like to ping Jimbo, because this is much more serious to me than I think. It's not just about me (got blocked infnite there), It's about all.

Let's take it seriously, Let's stop this chaos. Iranian and afghan people have been neglected enough. Their freelance writers, volunteers and interested people to the Wikimedia movement, can not find a better place than Wikipedia. --Ruwaym (talk) 13:03, 13 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You need to give us some examples. Pavlov2 05:17, 21 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Pavlov2 I just know my own example, and Chyah, also Shiasun and 4nn1l2. "A handful of something is example of a mass" ~ Persian proverb. I believe that the universal values of the foundation are not observed there. Ruwaym (talk) 17:48, 30 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I found that the subheading of your case has some problems, and I tried to correct it. Hopefully now it will be listed on the RFC page.
For this case, I have nothing to comment. Pavlov2 17:52, 30 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ruwaym: Have you notified this wiki, or arranged to have it notified? This is required per Requests for comment/Policy. --Rschen7754 16:27, 30 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hey @Rschen7754, I mentioned some people above, no one replied. I am under infinite block in Persian Wikipedia, absolutely sure that it will not be fixed, there is no way, talking to local people is impossible, and Metawiki does not interfere. I'm tired. Ruwaym (talk) 18:23, 30 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
however I have a proffer : I think that the current Iranian government has influence on the Persian Wikipedia. I'm not talking about espionage, and I'm not joking or making conspiracy theory, I'm talking about the way how users with more access treat others users. There are many similarities between their behavior and the current Iranian government, It may be an organization like the MEK, I do not know exactly, maybe I am wrong but I feel that this kind of current behavior in FaWiki is not normal, and makes a rational person to think about it. Their behavior can be considered strange and not normal in Iranian culture and custom. Ordinary Iranians are not like that, they are people of interaction and peace. Ruwaym (talk) 18:42, 30 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You have just used the No true Scotsman logical fallacy: No true Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge / No ordinary Iranian's behavior is... (you get the idea). May I also remind you that a point doesn't necessary to be true just because there is (yet) no evidence against it.
Note that I'm not on anyone's side; this is just a honest comment that you may find a bit annoying. NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 19:32, 30 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh Your right, but FaWiki is small, so naturally I'm looking for "ordinary Iranian's behavior ", and I mean culture of middle-calss youth people from Iran ecpecially when I see Users got blocked there because of nothing, or using a proverb (Yeah, "Proverb", while Persian is poetic and full literary). I don't care If someone can be seen in Commons:Category:Images by Iranian Wikimedians User Group or not. I talk about the ways of interaction, behavior, talking and worldviews common among Persian Wikipedia access-holders. There may be a common culture among all the people of the Middle East, but in any Wikipedia you have to be liberal. I met many users there, they are fine and friendly, but I don't felt that with access-holders. I don't wanna generalize, I can mention few fine people, Huji. فرهنگ2016 or Jeeputer, If they block me they have a reason, they talk, they keep talking to you, they are cool even when block you.
But Sunfyre blocked me infinte based on a proof by example (duck test), out of userchecking, and the main user is gone, more than 7 years, and I pinged him and the others, no reply. The only where no one feels no responsibility inside Iran is the government; And outside, the camps of MEK. These are the only two groups that arrest someone for no reason, do not value human rights, do not even respect the laws they have made, accuse without evidence, speedy judgment, boasting power, terrifies people, etc+cult of personality.
There is a lot of other things shows that: We are not facing "normal" volunteers from Iran or Afghanistan in Persian Wikipedia; I just found similarity between their behavior and policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran government or MEK (You can replace Iran with Afghanistan, and MEK with Taliban). Maybe this government has legitimacy at all, and there is nothing wrong with that, maybe I'm wrong, I just saw the similarity and I'm not looking to prove anything. Also, the privileges that the Wikimedia Foundation considers universal for all users are ignored there, about this one I'm sure, I can prove that. Simply, I can say they are not L i b e r a l, not realizing multiculturalism, multilingual and multiracial facts of Iranian people. I like to remind not any Iranian user is not "Persian", but could be active in Persian Wikipedia. Persian/Farsi/Dari may be first or second or mother language of educated Iranians, and Afghans.
I'm sure things are gonna be fine If metawiki desysop some users there, and Investigate blocking users there. It's time to stop it, stop the Adminship chaos. I'm not the only one who saying that, and It's strange to me those who argue so much in the Persian Wikipedia are silent here and do not report to Metawiki. Maybe English should be Lingua franca and they do not know it. Ruwaym (talk) 08:55, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Again, I'm not on anyone's side, nor am I interested in this RfC; I just thought that it's best to let you know about the logical fallacies. Additionally, you might also want to read about the Texas sharpshooter fallacy. NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 09:33, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, same as you. PAVLOV 09:44, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh I am very rational, Indeed i mentioned many fallacies in my local unblock review: w:fa:بحث کاربر:Ruwaym#درخواست بازگشایی, fallacies from local admins and bureaucrats. You know why they don't wanna reply me? Shows some evidences about my being sock of Chyah? Talking about it? It is quite obvious that if they do it, One thing turns out, much worse than usual human fallacies; spying on users will appear. Yeah, Spying/Espionage.
Usercheckers are doing their job in FaWiki. One of them, Huji, said nothing about me, he stayed neutral, clearly said he can't confirm I'm sock or not, duck, rock, anything you like to name it. But Synfyre blocked me infinite by a fallacy, "proof by example " which is named "Duck test" too, by his own informations collected from users a user called Chyah, someone who is another victim; This time but global victim.
I can't contribute under the shadow of a sockophobic monster who terrifies any Iranian Arab user to Infinite block. I need help, please someone help me. Ruwaym (talk) 11:56, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Do you @Shiasun, 4nn1l2, Sicaspi, and Mojtabakd: can confirm he lack of responsibility of many admins of Persian Wikipedia or not? If you do not answer, I will not take your arguments so seriously there. There is no point in protesting in the alley, come to the street. Thank You. --Ruwaym (talk) 12:06, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Comments edit

I request to close this in accordance with the closing process on the grounds that 1. The proposer did not present any evidence 2. The object of the proposer's request for comment did not respond to the comment, and the proposal was stale --PAVLOV 08:27, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@PAVLOV evidence for what? I talked enough, here and local w:fa:بحث کاربر:Ruwaym#درخواست بازگشایی. I just reported you a chaos, It's your time to do something. Ruwaym (talk) 08:59, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If you've been banned by mistake on a project, you'd better try to handle it locally, if it's a ban due to a checkuser and you think the result was wrong, you might try contacting OMBUD. Stewards cannot unblock local bans, except for emergencies, such as when the admin is insane.
You're reporting admin chaos, but unfortunately I don't seem to see a serious confusion, and there are attempts to communicate with you after your request of unblocked. If there is a local consensus, I am afraid this matter cannot be resolved by meta.
If you really need a solution, maybe you can report this to Huji. PAVLOV 09:12, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
My main platforms are the English and Chinese wikis, deeply sorry if I misjudged something. PAVLOV 09:20, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ruwaym PAVLOV 09:21, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Chyah was locked due to Spam-only account, this is not a victim of admin abuse confirmed by stewards. 4nn1l2 even didn't respond your request for comment. As for your case, I have nothing to comment. The advice above is usually recommended. PAVLOV 09:26, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@PAVLOV Ineed, I did. I don't banned by a checkuser ( Huji, who is neutral about my block). I connected to OMBUD, they said Huji did nothing wrong, It's all about Sunfyre. I opened unblock request, no one replying after 4 months. I don't see any insane, but looks like I am a ghost for them. No one replying me locally, no one. Not even archiving my unblock request. I'm sure there is no local consensus about "Take it easy" in FaWiki, and lable any Iranian Arab as sock or duck of "Chyah". And It's not my own issue, there is a chaos.
I emailed Huji, the only one who reply me, but he said cleary "Sorry I can not help you."
And again, CCC (Cute Case of Chyah) the "Spam-only account", Her contributions show something else. I think she has been the victim of a cybercrime or crimes, the account compromised, the user privacy been violated ... Gods know. I am not admin to see everything through policies, I am a a user, who works a lot, cares about text, content and articles. I'm here for improving and working, not ruling or ordering.
If Metawiki helps nothing, at least I can share my story with medias. Ruwaym (talk) 11:40, 31 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
