This is a proposal for closing and/or deleting a wiki hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation. It is subject to the current closing projects policy.

The proposal is rejected and the project will be kept open.

The Tsonga Wikipedia is dead and has almost no content. This is the latest activity within the last 30 days at that project and this is the current content: 190 pages (17 were created since April 2010). Only bots come across to create user pages and adding interwiki's and one vandal came by, 88.184.128.190. Thuvack (a former admin) was very active from 2008 til 2009, but he's inactive ever since. Since there's no content, no community and no activity I propose this wiki to be closed and therefore its content to be moved to the Wikimedia Incubator wiki.
