Identical rationale as the previous closure proposal that was closed as vandalism. This all relates to the "Muhammad Images" issue. I would like to propose a moratorium of six months for all proposals to close this project, to remove the RFC-related template from the talkpage, and close the relevant RFC as requested by the local community.
