This resolution was approved by vote on 11 June 2022.

WHEREAS, the President has accepted the resignation of Irvin Sto. Tomas as Regular Member of PhilWiki Community effective May 15, 2022;

WHEREAS, Zyra Hila being the Vice Chair has replaced Irvin Sto. Tomas as Board Chair, effectively;

WHEREAS, Francis Charles Brioso has been appointed as the new Board Secretary;

WHEREAS, the Board has accepted the effective withdrawal of Maricon Opiana from her position as Board Member and Treasurer;

RESOLVED, that the Board hereby appoint Ezra Carullo as its new Board Member and Treasurer replacing Irvin Sto. Tomas;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a special board election shall be conducted to fill in the vacant a board seat on June 20, 2022.
