RESOLVED, the Grievance Committee is hereby created to receive and entertain complaints, as well as to promote the good relationship of the members within the organization;

RESOLVED FURTHER, the composition of the committee shall have a maximum of five (5) and a minimum of three (3) members wherein two (2) members are elected by the general membership to serve for a 2-year term, without reelection or reappointment, and one (1) member is appointed by the Board to serve for a 1-year term, without reappointment or reelection;

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, the chairman of the committee shall be elected among the members of the committee to serve for a 1-year term;

RESOLVED FINALLY, the interim members of the committee shall be appointed by the Board to serve until the committee members have been duly elected and/or appointed on the special meeting called for this purpose.
