Approval of resolutions on:

1. Policy on Code of Conduct
2. Grievance Committee
3. Member Expulsion

Discussion

• The draft resolutions on Policy on Code of Conduct, and Grievance Committee were posted in the group channel of regular members for comments. Without any further comments from the members and the from the Board on the proposed Policy on Code of Conduct, the resolution was unanimously approved.

• Ralff proposed that the Grievance Committee shall have a minimum of two and a maximum of five members wherein two (2) members shall be elected by the general membership to serve for a two-year term without reelection or reappointment while one (1) member shall be appointed by the Board to serve for a one-year term without reappointment or reelection. Without any further comments from the members and the from the Board on the proposed Grievance Committee, the resolution was unanimously approved.

• The Board decided to discuss matters on Member Expulsion in executive session. The resolution was unanimously approved.
