The October meeting is cancelled. Apologies for the very late notice! We'll get serious about November's meeting and make it happen.

NARWHAL across Wiki North America!

A NARWHAL meeting is tentatively planned for Monday, October 21, 2024, at 9pm Eastern / 6pm Pacific.

• NARWHAL = North American Regional Wiki Hub and Lab - It's an informal coalition of North America Wikimedians, mostly organizers, including Mexico, Canada, the U.S. and the Caribbean. It's analogous to WALRUS for the U.S.

   1. WikiConference North America in Indianapolis — 3-6 October 2024 -- Discuss in retrospect
   2. WikiConvention francophone in Quebec City, Oct 31-Nov 3, organized by WM Canada -- Chelsea? Louis? Sophie?
   3. Grant application for WCNA 2025 in NYC has already been filed! -- Pharos or Pacita?
   4. Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month in Sep/Oct.
   5. WMCA virtual 1Lib1Ref event in French & English on Nov 19
