Movement roles/Working group meeting 2010-09-24

The working group met on 24 September, 2010, to discuss the next steps for the process.

The proposal for the WMF Board was reviewed, and after a some discussion and a few minor copy edits, found general agreement.

Use of various mailing lists and wikis was discussed; no definitive rules were set, although it was agreed that while most work should be visible and transparent, certain issues did require a certain level of confidence and should stay semi-private. It was also agreed that the strategy wiki, while a good resource, should not be used for work going forward.

The questionnaire was discussed; everyone was encouraged to comment and edit on the wiki, but as time was short, little discussion took place during the meeting.

The group agreed to reconvene at a later date, and adjourned.
