4kg request
The following was at the very top of the RfA page. It links to an account that doesn't exist, and was placed by an IP address with no other contributions. I'd suppose it's somebody who doesn't speak English very well from one wiki or another, but I'd think any such person would at least know you can't give adminship to an account that doesn't exist. In any case, this request is obviously not going to pass, so I simply removed it. Tuf-Kat 07:37, 22 September 2005 (UTC)
