I'm working with Siko and the grants team to build workflow tools. The first tool we are building is a popup where anyone can endorse a grant and add his/her comment in the popup. Eg: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:IEG/Heather%27s_test You'll need to add importScript('User:Jeph_paul/endorse.js'); to your common.js
We want to make use of the translation tool to Il8n the tools. For the first tool this is how we are doing it https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Jeph_paul/endorseConfig. All the interface messages in the tool have been added to the config. Since I'm constantly changing the code & tweaking things it would be of great help if I could mark the pages myself for translation. I'm requesting a temporary translation adminship till August 1st 2014, by then the tools would have been fully deployed--Jeph paul (talk) 11:05, 6 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- For clarification, do you request a temporary full adminship or translation adminship only? (Since you added your request to the "temporary adminship" section). --MF-W 18:03, 7 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm requesting for a temporary translation adminship only till the work gets over.--Jeph paul (talk) 09:15, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Support for either temporary adminship or temporary translation adminship (or both). Seems quite reasonable. PiRSquared17 (talk) 10:18, 8 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Support Why not? -FASTILY 07:40, 13 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Support because the user clearly needs the tools for a short time, even though they have made 666 edits to Meta, surely an omen! Green Giant (talk) 11:39, 14 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Support Reasonable request. --Varnent (talk)(COI) 22:35, 16 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
