Meta:Requests for CentralNotice adminship/Itzike

For the past 7 years, I'm the spokesperson of Wikimedia Israel and Member of the Communication Committee. For the past 2 years i'm also the chapter Chairperson. During the last years I uses the CentralNotice dozen of times - I always coding the banners (for the chapter and for the local community) by myself, and then just looking for administrator to create the campaign itself - not something very easy as not all the administrators familiar with it or want to "play" with that. As a trusted and experienced Wikimedians, I'm asking for this permission to make our chapter and local community use of the CentralNotice more easy and quick.
