Hi, I'm Charles Andrès, Wikimedia CH Chief Science Officer and French Wikipedian (Sysop on FR.WP).

I am requesting the CentralNotice adminship in order to manage the following campaign:

• Fundraising in Switzerland, Wikimedia CH is one of the two chapter processing the WMF fundraising and we need to have a faster and light workflow to update and managed the banners in Switzerland than the actual one, asking to WMF fundraising to do it while they are more than busy to manage the English ones
• Centralize communication in Switzerland, we have to work in three different language and with geolocalization activated,after validation by the respectives communities we will run several experiment through CentralNotice in the following year
• Support to WikiFranca, since a year we are developing focus campaign to the french speakers, I would like to be able to support Benoit Rochon in the campaign managment
