Interesting situation...

I was hoping a steward would handle the request and check out the claimed other accounts on etwiki. The vanish request should have made the account fresh again for checkuser?

Nihonjoe's accidental vanish under the new vanishing tool means the account has been left accidentally locked. Oops.
