I would suggest changing the current version to this to remove unnecessary whitespaces, and because | action = disable
is not a valid parameter but | action = warn
is:
{{abuse filter warning | filter = 352 | action = warn | friendly = yes | text = <div style="text-align: center;">'''[[Main Page|Welcome to Meta-Wiki!]]'''</div> Your edit has triggered an automated filter and has been disallowed; it looks like you are trying to add an email address to this page. Doing that, especially with a personal email address, is usually a bad idea as it can attract large amounts of [[External links policy|spam]]. In most cases, Meta-Wiki will remove email addresses added to pages or discussion pages. If you are attempting to add a legitimate email address to this page, and this filter is preventing you from doing so, please '''do not''' file a false positive report. Instead, please follow the instructions at [[Template:Nospam]] to add an email address using <code>{{nospam|example|example.domain}}</code>. If you believe you received this warning in error, you may [[Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat|report it to an administrator]]. }}

- Pppery, I think I might have made a mistake in the request: please replace
example example domain
with<code><nowiki>{{nospam|example|example.domain}}</code></nowiki>
