Wiki Women Women South Asia 2020 Edit-a-thon is an online Edit-a-thon competition organized on Maithili Wikipedia on the occasion of International Women's Day 2020. The competition was organized from March 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020. The main aim of the competition is to create articles about notable women of South Asia on Maithili Wikipedia as well as to address the content gaps. Maithili Wikimedians is organizing Women Edit-a-thon annually since 2015 to create locally relevant and high-quality content about notable Women's in Maithili Wikipedia.

Wikipedia 20th Anniversary

The Wikipedia 20 is a celebration event going to organize on 15 January 2021 by the global Wikimedia community. As a community, we also stand to celebrate this event in Rajbiraj, Nepal. We are following the the guidelines of Health Ministry of Nepal amid the pandemic situation while celebrating this event. We are restricted to the number of maximum participants to the event is 9 persons.
