edit

Join our series of Edit-a-Thons to help Shape Wikipedia's Narrative

Why is this important?

edit
  • Wikipedia, a global online encyclopedia, is a primary source of information for millions of people worldwide. However, it often lacks comprehensive and accurate coverage of reproductive rights, abortion access and Latino activist and leaders in the United States, both in English and in Spanish. By participating in our events, you can help to rectify this knowledge gap and ensure that Latino voices are heard.
  • During these events, you will work with other participants to create, edit, and improve Wikipedia articles related to reproductive rights. We will provide training and resources to help you get started.
  • What's in it for you? By participating in this join effort, you will:
    • Gain valuable skills in editing Wikipedia articles
    • Contribute to a more inclusive and accurate online encyclopedia
    • Connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about reproductive rights.
    • Help to amplify the voices of Latino leaders in your region
