Join us at Red Emma's on Saturday, October 12 from 1pm to 4pm for an editing marathon (edit-a-thon!) to improve and translate Wikipedia articles on Latinx reproductive health and rights in the United States.
Goal
editThis event is part of a series of events with the goal of expanding reproductive justice topics on Wikipedia, in partnership with Equis Research and Art+Feminism. We will provide tutorials for the beginner Wikipedian, reference materials, free internet access, and a Spanish language interpreter. Bring your laptop, power cord, and ideas for translating and improving existing articles. The event will also feature two speakers and an interactive art activity. Red Emma’s will provide light refreshments, and we will be fundraising on behalf of the Baltimore Abortion Fund.
