Dear Touzrimounir,

I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to apply for funding at this time. You have an outstanding balance with funds not returned from a previous grant.

We also have concerns about the friendly space concerns raised by the Wikimedia TN User Group. We require a higher standard of conduct from recipients of funding than we do from volunteers, as we want our representatives to model friendly space expectations.

For these reasons, I am declining your request for funding. Please let me know if you have any questions about this decision.

Dear Marti (WMF) thanks for your reply ,about the first reason I think it solved, about my issue with the Tunisian user group, I hope it will be solved during the wikimedia conference thanks again for your help Mounir Touzri (talk) 20:46, 14 April 2018 (UTC)
